PCTP Waste Water Treatment

Bellwether Agriculture uses a PCTP (Penta Cycle Treatment Plant) Technology. Sequencing Batch System with Biological Nutrient Removal processing effluent waste water to a recycle classification. Our recycled water can be used as reprocessed water, even to potable standard.

The PCTP reactors are designed to treat direct waste water flows such as municipal sewage, industrial waste and effluent from biowaste treatment systems like anaerobic digesters (IBR), providing a decant of high quality recycled water source.

Increasing environmental consciousness means that conventional municipal and industrial waste treatment systems no longer meet "World's Best Practise". Traditional effluent lagoons, open ponds, rely heavily on evaporation, losing vast volumes of valuable water and methane gas into the atmosphere.

Applications

Bellwether Agriculture's PCTP system is suitable for industry applications, but also allows wastewater treatment to the highest standard for small or remote communities due to their compact design and reduced maintenance and operation requirements.
